CITY LIGHTS DREAM CENTER

City Lights Dream Center was established in 1992. Founded in faith by Pastor Chris Swaim. What started out as a small gathering of a few people soon grew into a full-time commitment. Now the Center reaches out to hundreds of families and children every month through various programs.

To revitalize the community by strengthening the mind, body, and spirit of families and individuals.

Mission

City Lights Dream Center is a collaboration between two non-profit organizations -- A church and a non-sectarian outreach center -- that reaches out to the community, youth, and families. We are a safe haven that teaches life skills, provides support, and helps people realize dreams. We do this by implementing programs in abstinence education, gang and drug intervention, food ministry, skateboarding, homeless assistance, computer training, art, financial education, tutoring, counseling, bible studies, prayer, worship, and Spanish religious services. 

Purpose

City Lights strives to meet it's mission and vision through the accomplishment of several goals:

2. ESTABLISH TRUST in the community and with supporters.

3. PROVIDE EDUCATION to help youth and families.

4. IMPLEMENT SPORTS RECREATION for youth.

5. PROVIDE FOOD AND CLOTHING for the needy.

6. TEACH SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND MATURITY.
